Fresh Food Company is a long-standing and respected name in Scotland’s fresh produce industry. The business traces its origins back to its time when it was called The Fresh Fruit Company, before evolving into the Fresh Food Company in 2008 under the new leadership of Managing Director Paul Thompson. The business was originally located in Glasgow’s Fruit Market, but company relocated in 2015 to a custom-built, modern facility in Cumbernauld to support its growing operations and better serve its expanding customer base.

Since 2010, Blackdown Growers have been supplying the Fresh Food Company with a variety of fresh baby leaves from Wild Rocket, Red Chard , Spinach and Mixes Leaves. In 2020, out partnership expanded to supplying them a variety of aromatic herbs.
